- NATURE AND SCOPE OF POSITION CRM ? Be responsible for CRM KPI including but no limited to new data capture, retention & reactivation and clienteling conversion. ? Support on CRM data analysis and processing including regular CRM stores reports, campaign reports and other ad-hoc reports. Deliver key messages and insights to sales operation team ? Support CRM campaign planning according to marketing calendar and regional needs, prepare assets, target audience list and other 1v1 communication materials ? Understand and be familiar with CRM system and Clienteling tool, assist on function optimization/development, data implementation, system training and regular maintenance ? Support client event by providing target audience list and tracking event performance ? Plan client gifting opportunities, manage stock, coordinate with stores and logistic on replenishment, and track performance ? Support contract, payment and other finance or legal related procedure Marketing ? Assist in the implementation of marketing and promotional campaign / events online and offline via various communication platforms ? Preparation of reports and analysis on marketing activities ? Prepare and manage marketing materials ? Monitor trends within the industry and provide new ideas for future campaigns / events QUALIFICATION/EDUCATION ? Degree holder in marketing or a relevant discipline EXPERIENCE REQUIRED ? Minimum 2 years related experience PARTICULAR SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED ? Strong fashion sense ? Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines ? Proactive, committed & responsible ? Able to work independently & efficiently ? Excellent command of written and spoken English CHARACTERISTICS REQUIRED ? Demonstrable ability to use initiative and be proactive ? Have a sense of urgency and ability to deal swiftly with changing needs ? Team player with the ability to work on own initiative when required ? Response positively to feedback and direction ? Highly organised with an ability to multi task ? Pleasant and accommodating disposition ? Innovative and proactive, with a “can do” attitude ? Enthusiastic with a good sense of humour ? Well presented with the ability to communicate confidently
